Referral Partner Agreement

By signing up for the Maui Virtual Tours Referral Partner Program, you agree to the following terms.

How Commissions Work

• You earn 15% of the service price for each booking made through your unique referral link.
• Commission applies to the base tour price and any add-ons (such as the LiDAR Precision Scan).
• There is no cap on how many referrals you can make or how much you can earn.
• Each referred customer can only be attributed to one referral partner. First click within the cookie window gets credit.

When Commissions Are Confirmed

Commissions are not confirmed at the time of booking. A commission is confirmed only after all three of the following conditions are met:

1. The virtual tour has been delivered to the customer.
2. A 30-day hold period has passed since delivery without a refund or chargeback.
3. Payment has been received in full from the customer.

If the customer cancels, requests a refund, or initiates a chargeback before the hold period ends, the commission is voided. This protects both parties from scenarios where a booking doesn’t result in actual revenue.

Payouts

• Minimum payout: $100. Your confirmed commissions must reach at least $100 before you can request a payout.
• Payout methods: PayPal or manual bank transfer.
• Processing time: Payouts are processed within 7 business days of your request.
• You are responsible for any taxes owed on your referral earnings. Maui Virtual Tours does not withhold taxes on commission payments.

Referral Tracking

• When someone clicks your referral link, a tracking cookie is set on their browser for 90 days.
• If that person books a tour within the 90-day window, you receive credit for the referral.
• The once-per-customer rule applies: you earn commission on the first qualifying purchase from a referred customer only. Repeat purchases from the same customer do not generate additional commissions.

Referred Customer Bonus

Customers who book through a referral link automatically receive a free Video Walkthrough ($100 value) added to their order. This bonus is provided by Maui Virtual Tours at no cost to the referral partner.

What You Agree Not to Do

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk email using your referral link.
• Bid on Maui Virtual Tours branded keywords (e.g., “Maui Virtual Tours,” “mauivirtualtours”) in paid search ads.
• Misrepresent Maui Virtual Tours services, pricing, or guarantees.
• Create fake referrals, self-referrals, or otherwise attempt to game the system.
• Use coupon or cashback sites to generate referral credit.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Changes and Termination

• Maui Virtual Tours may update these terms at any time. We will notify active partners of material changes via email.
• Either party can end the partnership at any time for any reason.
• If you leave the program, any confirmed commissions that have cleared the 30-day hold will still be paid out.
• Pending or unconfirmed commissions at the time of termination are forfeited.
